Upcoming changes to Search Name in Teranet eXpress

We are introducing changes to the Search Name report and fee structure, effective November 30, 2024, to allow us to continue to deliver reliable and convenient services. 

What does this mean?

The Search Name report fee will be increased to $15+HST. As part of this fee change, we will also be discontinuing the credit for the first Parcel Register purchased within 24hrs of the related Search Name report.

The new fee will come into effect on November 30, 2024, and will be subject to annual increases at the rate of CPI.

In addition, we have streamlined the Search Name report to focus on providing the following core property information:

• LRO (Land Registry Office)
• PIN (Property Identification Number)
• Status of the PIN
• Registration Type
• Legal Description
