Updating Your Teraview Account Online
If you are a Teraview user and the Account Holder Representative for your account, you can view and change certain details of your Teraview account online. This will save you time, since no forms need to be submitted to make these changes.
To update your account information online:
- From the Administration menu in Teraview, select Account Administration.
The Account Administration window opens.
In this window, you can perform the following tasks:
- Change Firm Address, Phone/Fax Number – Enter the details in the fields at the top of the Account Administration window. Select Save.
- Change DAPP (Deposit Account Payment Plan) Monthly Maximum – Select the new amount from the Monthly Max field in the Bank Information section. Select Save.
- Change DAPP Administrator – From the DAPP Admin drop-down list in the Account Information window, select the desired user. Select Save.
- Add/Remove ERBA (Electronic Registration Bank Account) Access – In the Users section, next to the desired username, select the User Details button. In the User Authorization section, select or deselect the Allow ERBA Access option, as needed. Select Save.
- Add LSO (Law Society of Ontario) or AOLS (Association of Land Surveyors) ID – In the Users section, next to the desired username, select the User Details button. In the User Details section, enter the LSO ID or AOLS ID in the field. Select Save.
- Add/Change Email – In the Users section, next to the desired username, select the User Details button. Enter the address in the E-Mail Address field. Select Save.
- Add/Remove Additional Account Holder Representatives – In the Users section, next to the desired username, select the User Details button. In the User Authorization section, select/deselect the Account Holder Representative option, as needed. Select Save.
- View DAPP and ERBA Bank Accounts – In the Bank Information section, the DAPP and ERBA Accounts are displayed.
- View Active/Inactive Users – In the Users section, from the Filter drop-down option, select All or Active, as needed. The users are displayed.
